This service includes a single application of topical parasite treatment. The product we use provides both internal and external parasite control, effectively preventing and eliminating 12 common parasites in cats and dogs, including fleas, ticks, lice, ear mites, sarcoptic mange mites, demodex mites, heartworms, roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, tapeworms, and lungworms. It is recommended to repeat the treatment every 4–6 weeks for optimal protection.
This add-on treatment includes a professional anti-mite shampoo combined with a topical parasite application. We perform a double cleanse using a specialized anti-mite shampoo to thoroughly clean the coat and effectively eliminate fleas, ticks, and mites on contact.
This is followed by a topical all-in-one parasite treatment (“spot-on”), providing both internal and external parasite control. It protects against 12 common parasites in cats and dogs, including fleas, ticks, lice, ear mites, sarcoptic mange mites, demodex mites, heartworms, roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, tapeworms, and lungworms.
This combination ensures deep cleansing, immediate parasite removal, and long-lasting protection—delivering professional results and excellent value for your pet.
(Add-on service, must be combined with a grooming or basic service)

De-Shedding is a specialised grooming process tailored to your dog’s unique coat type. Using carefully selected tools and products, we gently remove the buildup of loose and dead undercoat hair. This helps keep the skin clean, improves airflow, and supports natural hydration. Regular de-shedding not only reduces shedding around the home but also promotes healthier skin and coat condition. Because dogs can’t fully groom themselves, this service plays an important role in maintaining their overall comfort and long-term wellbeing.
Dematting gently removes mats by working through small sections with proper tools and products. If the coat is severely matted, the safest and most humane option is to clip the hair short. For your dog’s health and comfort, dematting is limited to 20 minutes. We always use gentle techniques and professional products to care for your fur child.

Full medium sized groom on Cavoodle dog. Happy with the groom, and also how calm he was when finished.

Absolutely the best grooming experience we’ve had so far!
I’ve tried several professional groomers over the years, but Petcare Kiwi Grooming genuinely stands out. My dog received the best grooming he has ever had. We went for the full Gold Groom.
He smelled incredibly fresh afterwards, and the freshness lasted much longer than after previous appointments. I was especially impressed by how thoroughly he was dried—no dampness under his coat or returning wet-dog smell. His coat felt clean, fluffy, and beautifully finished.
The attention to detail was fantastic, and it’s clear they take pride in their work rather than rushing through appointments. My dog came home looking and smelling amazing.
I couldn’t be happier with the result. Petcare Kiwi Grooming has set a new standard for me, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for taking such great care of Romeo —10/10 from us! 🐾❤️ Highly recommended! - Nicholas Jansen··from Google
