Took my 2 month old kitten for her first nail trim. Did really fast and accurately. The environment for pets in the grooming shop is also good.

Usually a good experience, however most recent was very disappointing. They had apparently double booked and our dog was caged for over two hours just waiting, four and a half hours later she was ready and the groom wasn't as good as usual either. I really hope this was a one off. UPDATE - The business were very responsive and even offered a refund. Gave them another go as have been a long time customer and was very pleased, thank you for putting things right. :-)

I can’t recommend Kiwi Pet Care and Grooming enough! I’ve been taking my dog here, and every single time the groomers do an incredible job. They are so gentle, caring, and talented, and my dog always comes back looking and smelling amazing.
Today, there was a bit of a delay, and I had to wait longer than expected and had to miss out on an important doctor’s appointment.
However, what really stood out was how professionally they handled the situation. They sincerely apologized and even gave me a free grooming session as a gesture of goodwill. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, and I truly appreciated their kindness and commitment to customer satisfaction.
It’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares about both pets and their customers. The quality of the grooming is outstanding, and their customer service is even better. Thank you to the entire team for always taking such great care of my dog. I’ll definitely continue bringing my dog here and highly recommend Kiwi Pet Care and Grooming to anyone looking for the best grooming service!
