Love here. The grooming service is absolutely professional! The customer service team responds quickly and handles any issues with great care and kindness. I’ll definitely come back again and I really hope they open a branch on the North Shore someday!

I would like to say how impressed and happy I am of their service.
My girl is a Ragdoll, 15 yrs old. She was a breeding queen for her first 4 years of her life. She was kept in a cage for breeding purpose only by her breeder... never been loved or cuddled. Her breeder gave her up after they have enough of her.... So I adopted her then.
Ding Ding, my girl was traumatised terribly, doesn't trust anyone apart from me and you can understand why. As she gets older, there are certain things which she isn't able to do anymore eg. clean herself. I tried to bath her myself, unfortunately it didn't work... therefore I did some research and find Petcare.
It was the first time for Ding Ding to be groomed at a shop, I was worried as well. Then a miracle happened, the groomer, Ms. Helen, she has a very gentle, calm and lovely special touch, Ding Ding immediately relaxed and started purring. Helen took sometime to calm my cat before she began the bathing and grooming.
I couldn't believe what I saw when I picked her up, Ding Ding was sleeping so comfortably and peacefully in the room. She looks so beautiful. When I called her, Ding Ding almost didn't want to leave .
I would like to say a special Thank You to Helen, my cat's Groomer, for your exceptional service and TLC for my girl.
Highly recommend and I will definitely be their regular customer.
